I guess most, if not everyone is guilty of putting a mask (not necessarily a make-up) or putting a facade in front of other people. We want others to see our good side, highlight it and keep within ourselves, our family or friends what we are truly made of. I don't think it's technically lying but just putting your best foot forward.
This JDrama is a manga adaptation so it's a lot of non-sense and I actually enjoyed both the manga and drama. Ha! I admit to being a switch girl myself but i need not just an ON and OFF switch, maybe NORTH, SOUTH, EAST and WEST or even 1 to 10. That's how complicated I am.
Here Nika has an OFF and ON switch, while on OFF mode she's an otaku, cheapstake, messy, silly, etc at home. But while on ON mode, she's cute, stylish and proper.
When Arata (the boy she likes) discovered her 2 personalities, that's where all the fun and craziness starts.

another cute drama, i hope i can watch it here...
This reminds me of Kare Kano.. :D The protagonists have a pretend-perfect attitude too.. hahaha.. And I can definitely relate! Agree, having a switch on/off to oneself is not really lying since I think both sides are still part of you. Anyway, thanks for sharing about this sis! Will download this series! :D
I'm not really a fan of Japanese series although I totally love anime :)I just hope there's an anime version of that story
she's cute on both of her on and off modes. i am fond of foreign soaps and series when i was younger, i would sit for hours in front of the television. but now i guess i've grown out of those shows, i now prefer those shows that won't require me to fast-read the captions. hehehe!
I'm not a fan of Koreans, Japanese, Filipino or any anime or drama series... Pero when it comes to movies, it's ok with me kahit na anime!! Anyway, that title "Switch Girl" sounds interesting!!
Got interested to watch videos of that shows;)tnx for posting,
i like this kind of shows.nakakaalis ng stress nag panonood.
This should be a nice one with the switch from one type of personality to another.
I love watching manga. and also I could also consider myself a switch woman. Me as a friend and me in business. Sometimes I call myself poker face, not in a nega meaning, but I, too, get serious and really bubbly for a 51 year old.. lol :D
i'm getting curious of these asian telenovelas! and the star looks like Sandara Park (the photo on the right)
hmmm...looks like a fun to watch
I'm more a fan of jdramas than kdramas.
I'm recently re-watching Proposal Daisakusen.
Now I know which one to watch after that. :D
Ah parang schizophrenic ba siya, sis?
Mukhang masaya etong series na to. Hope I can watch it.
