Synopsis
The drama is about a lawyer who is appointed by the state to represent a defendant who has “not even a 1% chance of being declared innocent.”

Jang Hye Sung (Lee Bo Young) is a bold, sassy, thick-faced, comical female lawyer. She is a prickly edge, sharp tongue who doesn’t have a bit of concept or manners and finds it hard to be enthusiastic about what she does. Cha Kwan Woo (Yoon Sang Hyun) is a serious, passionate and macho former police officer who becomes a government lawyer.

Meanwhile, Park Soo Ha (Lee Jong Suk) is a 19 years old boy who has the superpower to hear people’s thoughts. Together they will team up to solve the cases no one else wants, cases that only have a one percent chance of being found innocent.

Remember UEE in You're Beautiful?

That's exactly why I can't bring myself to watch Birdie Buddy because I can't forget her, her bitchiness in YAB.

She plays the female lead here, still not interested, sorry UEE fans.

This was supposedly to premiere November of 2010 but due to some problems with the network it was kept in limbo (together with Poseidon and The Musical) until tvN a cable channel picked it up.

I really hope it will do well in the ratings, but still not interested, sorry again UEE fans.

Synopsis
“Birdie Buddy” tells the story of former pro golfer John Lee and how he leads two women to become the next golf queens. John Lee became the first Korean to win a PGA title. His background was a mystery other than the fact that he was an adoptee. Aside from golf, he also excelled in the Afro-Brazilian dance/martial arts style known as “Capoeira.” Even though he found success by winning the PGA title, John Lee stopped playing golf to become a golf course tester.
Min Hae Ryung was raised to become an elite golf player and was always placed in the best environment to play golf. Her emotions have always been controlled and she has a deep wound inside of her. In contrast, Sung Mi Soo is a country girl from Kangwon Province. She comes from a poor background, but her mom worked as caddie. With her bright personality and determined efforts, she attempts to become an elite golf player.
