SSBB: Realm Of A Dreamer

I think this is my first time writing a blog review about R.O.A.D.

Or not, I can’t really remember.

Sansan aka Realm is the blogger behind Realm Of A Dreamer among other blogs she maintained. She’s the ever reliable Ms. Moderator in TP and Ms. Friendship in GT. When I started blogging she’s already a pro with self-hosted blogs but still takes time to answer my silly questions.

On the R.O.A.D. review, I can say it was one of the first WP self-hosted pink blog I’ve seen, adored and followed (though she had a different lay-out for quite sometime now) She usually does her own lay-out and is updated with the latest WP plug-ins. She writes mostly about her feelings on this blog, there were even password protected posts where I am too curious about.

I must admit I was bothered with her latest post about probably being the last year of The Dreamer from the blogging world. No! I’ll miss you Sansan! I agree that there are times where I too feel like not having anything to write or blog about but I’m sure you’ll get back the drive sooner or later. But whatever your decisions may be, we’ll be here to support you.

My Wish on Mother's Day

I have two moms, one is my real-biological mom and the other is my one-and-only-godmother (ninang).

They are best friends, my ninang took care of me since day 1 (my mom is clueless at that time) and she had to work. When we had to transfer to the province when I was in HS she really had a hard time coping up, she would cry a lot, her son even said to her “sya lang ba anak mo?” That’s how she loved me and I do love her too (my mom knows that!). I continued to visit them but you know along the way something always comes up. And now that I am working abroad, I try to visit her every time I came home for vacation.

During these last years she had a lot of health complications and the latest was her thyroid operation didn’t work out that fine. I am really afraid I might not be able to see her on my next vacation which is on December.

We are open to the inevitable, we do not wish for her to suffer more but still I want to be a little selfish.

And here comes my wish:

I wish to see her again, to hug her, to thank her, to listen to her stories on my growing up years…

I wish to greet her HAPPY MOTHERS DAY for more years to come.

Simple Pero Rock

This is a blog review entry for Bambie’s My Thoughts, My Heart, My Turf Anniversary Contest.

This site really rocks, not to mention the site’s owner - red or marose or redamethyst.

Just by the name and site itself, you can clearly say that this working mom, blogger, ptc-forum and other online earning site addict’s favorite color is red. The site is neatly set-up with a lot of red, pink and girly stuffs (flowers, etc).

She’s into a lot of good Memes that I also adopted upon seeing on her blog such as Post-It Tuesday and Boggle Me Thursday.

And she surely loves contest! She sponsors and joins a lot (she even had a separate blog for contests alone). And the latest news was she won $100 in the You Say Too bookmarking contest, congrats red!

I’ll not elaborate more on this review because since she is one of my sponsors in the upcoming YTBC (Yuuki’s TwinBlogversary Contest) I promised to make another review of her blogs.

Bambie's Thoughts
